1964年東京都生まれ。
中学生のころより写真とカメラに興味をもち、サーキットでレーシングカーなどの撮影をスタート。2003 年デジタル一眼レフカメラによる野鳥撮影に目覚め、野鳥のいる風景を撮る「鳥景写真」を撮り始める。現在はサーキットでのレーシングカー撮影、祭りの撮影 なども行なっている。日本自然科学写真協会会員フォトマスター検定準1級。フォトカルチャー倶楽部認定フォトインストラクター。デジタルカメラマガジン・ フォトコン準優秀賞2回ほか、受賞多数。2012年GANREF写真展プロジェクトvol.1に選出。
